Michael Mazur is a transformational C-level executive and business strategist with deep financial, business development, and operations expertise. He has over 25 years of actuarial and operations experience in the insurance industry, with over 20 of those years specializing in Long-Term Care and Supplemental Health Insurance. Prior to joining Reframe, he founded a consulting practice specializing in business and growth strategies, data analytics, mergers and acquisitions, and operations and actuarial support. Prior to consulting, he served as President, CEO and Director for Continental General Insurance Company, Senior Vice President and Group Leader for Great American Insurance Group’s LTC insurance companies and operating division, and in various actuarial and operations roles for Conseco and American United Life Insurance Company. Michael holds a BS in Mathematics from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and an MA in Actuarial Science from Ball State University.

Loida Abraham is a senior insurance executive with over 30 years in the Long-Term Care Insurance industry. As a strategic leader and product innovator, she helped to build the LTC business at John Hancock to over $1.5 billion in annual premium by introducing many popular industry-first features such as Shared Care and CPI hedging, and by partnering closely with distribution. She then joined Swiss Re as a Senior Vice President of US Health, and later became the Managing Actuary of LTC at Genworth, where for seven years she was responsible for all actuarial functions from pricing to reserving. Loida is a well-known thought leader and innovator in the insurance industry and has been a frequent speaker at industry conferences for many years. She continues to be passionate about finding new solutions to the long-term care financing dilemma for the next generation.

Alec brings to Reframe over 25 years of experience and leadership in technology, with a focus on developing internet applications for D2C businesses. Most recently, he was Head of Engineering at a venture creating a pet centric platform economy and prior to that he was VP of Engineering for a disruptive online retail clothing company. He has led the development efforts across a variety of start-ups with an emphasis on leveraging customer data to build innovative products. Alec holds a BA from Boston University and an MS in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology with a specialization in machine learning.

She was most recently the Vice President of Marketing at John Hancock, where she led an organization that helped to develop and launch a range of innovative, industry-first Life/Long-term care insurance products and services. In this capacity, she oversaw advertising, branding, collateral, digital marketing, market research, producer campaigns, PR, and strategy; and received numerous awards for her work in the industry. Laura holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a BA from Dartmouth College, and serves on several non-Profit and corporate Boards in the Boston area.

Most recently Ray was Vice President of Operations for Pacific Life, where he oversaw BGA sales, new business, underwriting, licensing, finance, and customer service. Prior to that, Ray served as Senior Vice President of Underwriting and Medical at Genworth for 12 years and held numerous leadership roles in sales and underwriting at USAA earlier in his career. Ray’s many professional designations include Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant, and Fellow of the Academy of Life Underwriting. He is also a member of the CLU Society and AHOU and has served on a wide range of industry councils and executive committees over the years.

Prior to joining Reframe, Elizabeth consulted to John Hancock Financial Services for many years in the Life and Long-Term Care insurance product development departments. She has a BA in mathematics from Boston College; is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

Prior to Transamerica, Kristen worked at John Hancock Life Insurance Company for 17 years in the Long-Term Care Insurance division where she held several positions including managing John Hancock's successful Sponsored Group, Corporate Solutions and Corporate Choice programs. Kristen has a proven track record of developing and managing programs to target and drive sales.
